Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the relevant shipping information and – where available – a tracking number.

For many online orders, consumers are generally entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right applies in particular to distance contracts concluded via the internet, by email or by telephone.

No. The law provides for various exceptions.

In particular, there is generally no right of withdrawal for goods that are made individually for the customer or are clearly tailored to personal requirements. These often include made-to-measure masks, custom prosthetics, client-specific props or specially developed character designs.

For genuine custom, made-to-order pieces, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded even if production has not yet begun. What matters is that it is genuinely an individual piece made to the customer's specification.

For custom-made products, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal, provided the legal requirements are met. This also applies if your personal opinion changes after placing the order. By staying in close contact with our clients and providing constant production updates, we aim to avoid such situations with custom orders as far as possible.

Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects naturally remain unaffected.

No. The statutory right of withdrawal is essentially a consumer protection right and generally does not apply to businesses or commercial customers.

Business customers include companies, production firms, agencies, self-employed professionals and other parties acting in the course of their commercial or professional activity.

Cancellation is only possible within the terms of the individually agreed contract. Any development, material or production costs already incurred may be taken into account.

Yes. For larger productions or long-term projects, individual payment and project terms can be agreed.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the delivery and document any transport damage with photos.

The right of withdrawal allows consumers, under certain conditions, to return an order without giving a reason.

Warranty, by contrast, concerns faults or defects in a product. Statutory warranty claims remain in place regardless of any possible withdrawal.

Thanks to their thin edges, they merge almost seamlessly with the skin. It is directly comparable to the classic water tattoos from childhood.

Yes. Because of its low weight, foam latex has been used for film, television and theater productions for decades.

Thanks to its porous structure, foam latex is considerably more breathable than closed silicone prosthetics.

Absolutely! With latex products in particular, tolerance should be tested beforehand, as many people have a latex allergy.

As with all adhesives and cosmetic products, a compatibility test is recommended here too.

The choice of the right system depends on the application and the desired finish. We are happy to advise you on this.

In many cases a light cleaning or matting of the surface is advisable to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

A wafer-thin layer of Pros-Aide over the prosthetic can improve the adhesion of the paints.

Removal should always be done with a suitable adhesive remover. This dissolves the bond between the skin and the prosthetic without straining the skin unnecessarily.

The prosthetic should never be pulled off by force.

Suitable products are, for example, Bond Off or Telesis Remover.

Yes. Once the application is finished, the prosthetic can be carefully released with a suitable remover.

The prosthetics should be stored dry, clean and protected from direct sunlight. Flat storage in dust-free packaging is recommended.

Professional platinum silicones are generally considered skin-friendly. Nevertheless, I recommend a patch test with all the products used before every application.

After application, the transition layer can be dissolved slightly with alcohol, producing especially fine and nearly invisible edges.

Cleaning is done with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, the mask should dry completely before it is stored.

During fabrication we pay attention to wearing comfort and mobility. The actual experience, however, depends on the type of mask, the wear time and the individual fit.

As a rule, our silicone prosthetics are encapsulated in cap plastic to create wafer-thin edges that are dissolved and thus blend almost invisibly with the skin. For this reason, encapsulated silicone prosthetics are single-use only. On request, non-encapsulated prosthetics can be made that, with care and maintenance, can be used multiple times – though this makes the effect of invisible edges considerably harder to achieve.

For attachment I recommend professional skin adhesives such as Pros-Aide or comparable products. The choice of adhesive depends on the wear time and area of use.
