On-Set SFX & Production Support

A successful special effect does not end with fabrication. Only on set does it become clear how a film prosthetic or special effect behaves under real conditions.

Heat, sweat, long shooting days, action scenes or spontaneous changes can all affect the result. That is why, on request, I accompany productions in person and make sure film prosthetics, special effects and props work reliably throughout the entire shoot.

Alongside application, my tasks include regular touch-ups, colour corrections, minor repairs and continuity. At the same time, I stay in close contact with the director, camera, costume and makeup departments so that the effect convinces from every angle and can be adjusted at short notice if needed.

My goal is for the production to not have to worry about the special effect, so it can focus fully on the shoot.

My standard

For me, on-set support is above all about responsibility. I want to keep control over the result and ensure that the effect works reliably throughout the entire shooting day. That is why I keep training continuously and refine my way of working with every project.

Good to know

On-set support is especially recommended for multi-day shoots, elaborate film prosthetics, action scenes, close-ups or special effects that need to be altered or checked regularly during the shoot.

A special effect should not only convince on the first take but work reliably throughout the entire production.

On request, I accompany your project directly on set and make sure you can focus on what matters – your production.
